On 6/18 weekend, Yukie went to Sacramento for the first time and attended Kintoki-Con 2011.
I would say it is very successful as a first-time convention. Everyone (including me) enjoyed it a lot!
Not only I did live show, but also had my first time niconico livestream at the convention -- 30minute livestream is super fun!
We had musicians doing live music, interviewing cool cosplayers, con-goers, and lastly we had the GoH Japanese illustrator Ryumoto with us for a short interview. Everything turned out well, except we need to work more on the sound quality :p

The major earthquake disaster just happened in Japan and shocked me deeply.
It is hard to imagine a world without anime, manga, jpop, japanese cosmetics, lolita fashion, jrock, RPG and many many more.
As a part of Japanese culture community, I'm organizing this event for the charity to Japan. All the income from the tickets will be donated to Japan.
The details of this event are still being finalized.
In the meanwhile, please help passing out the words!

First update of 2011~~~!! Yah~~~ xDD|||
Sorry the update of this site is slower than turtle for last few months ;A;
I was working on many projects at the same time, and that's why we got lots of exciting news for this year~~ ^-^

Last October, Yukie released the first original vocaloid song -- Hanamai Tsukuyomi Tan (Fantasia of Flower and the Moon). This is a collabration music project with talented composer Hoskey-sama. Thanks to our friends and all the nico users who supported us, the song reached 10,000 view in a few days and got #5 on the Vocaloid Daily Ranking on nicovideo.jp. It was also featured on the front page of Nicovideo Taiwan.
We didn't make PV for the song at that time due to time limit. Currently, Yukie is leading the PV making project, and working with many great artists, hopefully we could see it sometime this year ;)

Yukie got an invite from San Jose State University to be a guest of their Foreign Language Week 2011!
Thanks very much to the professor and department chair of FLL giving me this great oppotuny to contribute to the community and spread Japanese anime culture to SJSU students!
Yukie also have lots of friends graduated and currently studying at SJSU, many of them are also learning Japanese. I'm so happy to be able to perform at SJSU campus ^^v
Yukie also got invites as Guest of Honor to Kintoki-Con 2011 in Sacramento and Genki 2011 in Denmark.
Thanks to the organizers and staffs of Kintoki and Genki giving me the chance!! And it is the first time for me to hold live shows at those two locations as well~!
For Genki 2011, It will be also my first time holding live concerts in foreign country! I'll try my best to let anime fans in Denmark enjoy anime songs as much as friends here in US!

Seems it will be a busy year for me, but I'm very happy because I could enjoy anime/vocaloid songs with more new friends around the world <3

This is my first time giving a song a lot of personal character, it is a very cool experience for me too! ^^

Fanimaid Cafe will host a maid cafe area at Spirit of Japan Town Festival in San Jose Japan Town next Sat on 10/2.
I will be there serving food / drinks as maid too^^
